Cancellation & Refund Policy

I want booking with Whole Human Studio to feel simple and fair. Here's how cancellations, refunds and payment plans work.

Free discovery call

The 30-minute discovery call is free. You can reschedule or cancel it anytime using the link in your confirmation email.

Single sessions (Foundation Session and Grounded Dialogue)

You pay when you book.

  • 48 hours' notice or more: reschedule for free, or cancel for a full refund.

  • Less than 48 hours' notice: the session fee isn't refundable. I know life happens with senior roles, so I'll waive this once per client.

  • No-shows: if you haven't joined within 15 minutes of the start time, the session counts as used.

  • Walking sessions and weather: if I cancel a Grounded Dialogue because of weather or safety, you choose between a full refund, a new date or switching to a video session.

Integrative Series (six sessions, $2,100)

You can pay in full or in three monthly installments of $700.

  • Rescheduling: the same 48-hour rule applies to each session. A late cancellation or no-show counts as one of your six sessions.

  • Time frame: the series runs over three months. If you need more time, sessions stay valid for up to four months from your first session.

  • Stopping early: you can end the series at any time by emailing me. Sessions you've used are charged at $350 each, and I settle the difference:

    • If you've paid more than the value of the sessions you've used, I refund the difference.

    • If you've paid less, your remaining installments are cancelled and you pay only the balance for the sessions you've used.

    Example: you've paid two installments ($1,400) and used two sessions ($700). I refund $700, and your third installment is cancelled.

  • Missed installments: if a payment doesn't go through, I'll let you know and give you 7 days to fix it. Sessions pause until it's resolved. After 14 days, the series ends and the stopping-early terms above apply.

If I need to cancel

If I ever cancel a session, you choose between a full refund and rescheduling at no cost.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
